Although feature-rich, Mission Inbox’s interface lacked hierarchy and organization. Workflows like inbox creation and deliverability monitoring felt overwhelming, and visual inconsistencies made the experience harder to use. Our challenge was to streamline the interface into something clearer, more consistent, and easier to scale.
We structured the experience around JEDU’s core strengths: quality-driven culture, strong distribution networks, and end-to-end trading services. Content hierarchy was refined to guide users seamlessly from brand story to products, services, and partnerships. A clean, professional visual language reinforced trust while supporting diverse business verticals without fragmentation.
